Welcome to Radiant Pilates. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, services, classes, memberships, class packages and other products offered by Radiant Pilates.
By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a membership or class package, booking a class, or attending one of our studios, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us

2. Bookings
All classes and services are subject to availability.
Bookings should be made through our approved booking system. A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation through the relevant booking platform or from Radiant Pilates.
We reserve the right to amend class schedules, instructors, locations or class formats where reasonably necessary.
3. Class Packages and Credits
Class packs and credits must be used in accordance with the expiry dates and conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Class credits are for personal use only.
- Class credits may not be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.
- Unused credits may expire after the applicable validity period.
- Expired credits will not normally be reinstated or refunded.
Introductory packages are subject to their own specific terms and expiry periods.
4. Memberships
Membership fees are charged on a recurring basis according to the membership selected at the time of purchase.
By purchasing a membership, you authorise us or our payment provider to collect the applicable recurring payments.
Membership benefits, including the number of classes available each month, are subject to the specific membership plan purchased.
Where stated, memberships may be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation process and terms provided at the time of purchase.
We may update membership prices or benefits from time to time. Where required, we will provide reasonable notice of any material changes.
5. Cancellations and Late Cancellations
We understand that plans can change.
Our current cancellation period is 12 hours before the scheduled start time of your class.
If you cancel within the applicable cancellation period, your class credit may be deducted and a £5 cancellation fee may apply, in accordance with our booking policy.
Failure to attend a booked class without cancelling may result in the loss of the applicable class credit or other charges permitted under your booking terms.
6. Refunds
Payments for classes, memberships and packages are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where Radiant Pilates agrees otherwise.
If Radiant Pilates cancels a class, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative class, replacement credit or appropriate refund where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
7. Arriving at the Studio
Please arrive with sufficient time before your class begins.
Late entry may not be permitted where it could disrupt the class or compromise safety.
Please follow all reasonable instructions provided by our instructors and studio team.

Participation in Pilates and exercise involves physical activity and carries inherent risks.
By attending a class, you confirm that you are responsible for assessing whether you are medically and physically able to participate.
You must inform us of any injury, medical condition, pregnancy or other circumstance that may affect your ability to participate safely.
If you are unsure whether you should take part in a class, please seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating.
Our instructors may modify exercises or ask you not to participate in an activity where they reasonably believe it may be unsafe.
