Exercise has always been a lifelong passion of mine. But it wasn’t until the birth of my little boy, Angus, that I truly understood the power of doing what you love. I wanted to show him that work doesn’t have to be a chore — it can be a joy.
With a background in the family business and a deep-rooted love for movement, I combined the two. And during maternity leave, Radiant was born — a space that reflects everything I believe in: strength, energy, community, and purpose.
