Our calming Mum & Baby Mat Pilates class — specially designed for postnatal mothers with pre-crawling babies. This gentle yet effective 50-minute session focuses on core recovery, pelvic floor support, posture alignment, and overall body strength, all while bonding with your baby in a relaxed, supportive environment. Led by experienced instructors trained in postnatal Pilates, each class offers a safe space to rebuild strength, ease tension from feeding and carrying, and connect with other local mums.
