Thom’s approach to movement is grounded in care, attention, and empowerment—and rooted in the belief that it’s one of the most powerful tools we have for healing, strength, and presence. With a background in professional rugby and strength training, he understands both the demands of performance and the importance of recovery.

A qualified CrossFit Level 1 coach, Thom brings years of experience in working with injury, refining movement patterns, and helping clients rebuild a strong brain-to-muscle connection. His own journey through injury led him to Pilates, where he discovered a practice that supports both strength and clarity.

Thom focuses on clear, purposeful movement—creating an environment where clients feel comfortable, challenged, and supported. His classes are practical and engaging, with an emphasis on building strength, improving control, and helping each person get the most out of their time on the reformer.
