Phoebe


Hi, I’m Phoebe, a professionally trained dancer turned passionate Pilates instructor. I trained at Laine Theatre Arts and spent years immersed in the world of dance before an injury during my training unexpectedly shifted my path. That’s when I discovered Pilates—not just as a method of rehabilitation, but as a powerful tool for strength, alignment, and overall wellbeing.

What began as part of my recovery quickly became a passion. I went on to qualify in both mat and reformer Pilates, and now I love helping others experience the transformative benefits of Pilates—whether they’re recovering from injury, looking to build strength, or seeking a deeper connection to their movement.

When I’m not teaching Pilates, I run a dance school— a perfect complement to my love of movement and teaching. Helping others grow in confidence and strength is at the core of everything I do, and there's truly no better feeling than seeing someone discover their full potential.

Outside of teaching, you’ll find me enjoying the calm of countryside living, indulging in good food, and embracing the occasional run to switch off and recharge.
