Choose between a drop in or a 5 x pack, from here, you will be taken to the momence platform.

Once purchased, download the Momence app and login using the credentials you just created. You will then be able to book your Reset sessions.

FAQ | Reset At Radiant

Our Reset sessions are held in our Woodbury Contrast Therapy Suite, based at Woodbury Business Park, EX5 1AY

Each session lasts an hour, and this includes changing times so you need to leave enough time to change and exit for the next group to enter and use the facility.

All our sessions are communal, however subject to change in the future.

We are opening up with a very limited schedule:

Thursdays: 6:30pm | 7:30pm
Friday: 7:00am | 8:00am | 9:00am
Saturday: 8:00am | 9:00am | 10:00am

A towel, swimwear and a bottle of water, flipflops are also recommended. We only operate a drop in service so these are unable for hire.

We have a 6 person sauna, 4 person infrared sauna and 2 cold plunges - both operating at different temperatures. One suitable for beginners and one set for experienced users.
